Refund Policy

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel your service appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, Lou's Home Solutions requires a 48 hour notice. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home upon arrival, it will be necessary to charge you up to 80% of the full price of the booked service. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact Lou directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your individual house cleaner, please contact Lou at M: 402-871-6437 or at E: booking@loushomesolutions.com

Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.

Lou's Home Solutions does not offer refunds on services that have been rendered in full. However, your satisfaction is our priority - If you feel any area was not cleaned to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll gladly return to address any missed spots at no additional charge.
